Sponsorship/Vendor Opportunities

 

Base Booth Price + Charitable Add-On

This option is great for vendors looking for flexibility—participating in the event while contributing to a good cause if they choose. This option offers vendors a straightforward way to participate while giving them the choice to contribute to the charitable cause through their sales.


- Booth Price: Starting at $150 for a standard 5x5 booth.

- Vendors will receive a standard booth space to promote their products and services.

- The booth will be located in high-traffic areas, ensuring maximum visibility.

Charitable Add-On:

Vendors will have the option to donate 10% of their total sales from the event to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. This donation is optional, but vendors who choose to participate will receive additional recognition.


Vendor Incentives for Charitable Add-On:

   - Recognition in Event Materials: Vendors who opt for the charitable add-on will have their logo featured on event signage, programs, and social media as a "Charitable Partner."

   - Social Media Shoutouts: Their contributions will be highlighted on Stunt Showdown’s social media platforms, both leading up to and following the event.

   - Event Program Mention: Charitable vendors will be listed in the event program with a special mention for their contribution to the cause.

   - Preferred Booth Placement: Vendors who opt for the charitable add-on may receive preferred booth placement for higher visibility.

 

Booth Pricing

- Small Booth ($200)

- Ideal for smaller businesses or local vendors.

- Booth size of approximately 5x5 feet, giving them a compact space to showcase their offerings.

- Basic exposure in event marketing materials.


- Standard Booth ($400): 

- Suitable for medium-sized vendors with a standard booth of 10x10 feet.

- Logo featured on the event website and in event programs.

- Mid-tier exposure in digital and print marketing leading up to the event.


- Premium Booth ($600):

- Larger 10x20 booth in a prime location near high-traffic areas.

- Featured in all event marketing materials, social media, and program booklets.

- Premium booth vendors will receive additional promotional opportunities (e.g., event announcements or inclusion in post-event recaps).

- Donation Match by Stunt Showdown:

- Stunt Showdown will match 10% of the vendor’s total sales from the event and donate this amount to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

 

Vendor Incentives:

- Vendors will benefit from their participation being highlighted, even if they do not personally donate.

- The donation match will be prominently displayed in all post-event materials, thanking vendors and Stunt Showdown for their collective contribution.

- Prime Marketing Exposure for Premium Booth vendors.

Exclusive Vendor Access + Charitable Pledge

This premium option is designed for vendors who want exclusive access to specific event attendees (VIPs, pre-event guests, or post-event crowds) in exchange for a flat charitable pledge.


- Exclusive Booth Access Pre-Event Access ($500): Vendors set up before the event officially starts and get one hour of exclusive access to early attendees, VIP guests, and event sponsors.

      - Premium placement in the event layout.

      - Interact directly with athletes, families, and key supporters before the general crowd arrives.


- VIP Hour Booth ($600): During a dedicated VIP hour, vendors can engage with attendees holding VIP tickets. This gives vendors the opportunity to interact with a high-value, targeted audience.

      - Prime booth location within the VIP area or near high-traffic spots.

      - Premium logo visibility in the event’s marketing materials, programs, and social media.


- Charitable Pledge:

- Vendors participating in these exclusive booth slots must pledge a flat donation to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, regardless of their sales.

   - Pre-event vendors pledge $100.

   - VIP-hour vendors pledge $150.

   - Post-event vendors pledge $100.

   - These contributions will be publicly acknowledged during the event and in all follow-up communications.
